- Private by default: Your session data is private and will not be accessed by our team unless you give us explicit permission

- Private AI: Our AI tools do not share personally identifiable information externally—only your first name is used to generate insights and customize your experience
- Private Mode: You can use Private Mode for sessions that are completely deleted when you end them

- Communicate with you about the Service

4. Data Access and Sharing
4.1 Your Control
Your session data is private by default. We will only access your sessions if:

- You opt in to contribute to Implicit's development via your Account Settings
Data sharing within our system is turned off by default. You can enable it in your Account Settings if you'd like to help improve Implicit.
4.2 Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers (cloud hosting, AI processing) to operate the Service. These services process your data only as needed to provide functionality, and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Our AI tools do not pass personally identifiable information externally except for first names used to personalize your experience.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Sessions started in Private Mode are deleted immediately when you end them.
